Our signature space, the Studio captivates the beauty of craftsmanship in every corner, from its dramatic high ceilings to Rosewood spiral staircase. The aesthetics of architecture are beautifully captured in the delicate attention to detail, with original artefacts such as lead light doors from the Bank of New South Wales and hardwood from Freemantle Wharf shaping the romantic spiral of the staircase.

Set over four levels, the Studio boasts plenty of space and therefore lends itself to diverse uses. Multiple available rooms, a large bathroom, grand fireplace and huge lounge area make the Studio a luxe retreat. The Buddhist eight offering meditation tower and sweeping views from balconies make this a perfect place for restoring. The large open spaces, wooden floors and high ceilings allow the Studio to be your ideal location for gathering your friends or colleagues for a special occasion.

2. Homestead

Our homestead is the perfect escape for a little slice of luxury, with breathtaking views over the Kangaroo Valley. It is designed with spacious living and dining areas (a master bedroom, two dining areas, two lounge areas and large balconies) and we invite you to enjoy cooking in the large and well equiped kitchen, reading in the library or taking a bath in the tub with amazing views.

Between the two buildings, the Homestead and Studio living spaces are expansive and far beyond your ordinary home. This makes RockLea Estate an ideal option for entertaining or retreating.

3. Dairy

Immerse yourself in RockLea’s history founded on a rich labour of love for dairy farming, which nourished and cultivated the land for many generations. The Dairy is an inviting open outdoor space, equipped with its own patio where guests can unwind and connect – it is the perfect communal spot to lunch or escape into creative thinking activities.
